Brian Cashman had an interesting compliment for Clint Frazier, the Yankees' new top prospect

The Yankees traded All-Star reliever Andrew Miller to the Indians on Sunday, bolstering their farm system with the likes of Justus Sheffield, Ben Heller, J.P. Feyereisen and new No. 1 prospect Clint Frazier.
It's a promising haul for the Yankees' future, Frazier in particular. His MLB Pipeline scouting report reads that his "bat speed and raw power are among the best in the Minor Leagues and suggest the ceiling of an All-Star." Yankees GM Brian Cashman has similarly laudatory things to say, though he put it in slightly different terms:
"He's got all the tools. His bat energy is already legendary. A high energy guy who shows up to the national anthem in a dirty uniform."
It's a compliment, we swear. That's just how Cashman expresses his enthusiasm for the Yankees' newest top prospect. And Frazier himself seems equally as excited to join his new team:
