Bryce Harper and Kris Bryant are kings of Vegas now
Bryce Harper and Kris Bryant had better be getting their mantels structurally reinforced this offseason because they've both got way more than just stockings hanging out up there this year.
The NL MVP Award winner and NL Rookie of the Year Award winner are both Las Vegas natives, and they were both honored as such on Thursday when they were awarded keys to the city:

Big thank you to Mayor Goodman and the city of Las Vegas for this honor! Proud to be born&raised in this city!#702 pic.twitter.com/vN57rjyjMw

The keys came in crushed-blue velvet cases and appeared to be bejeweled in some fashion. Highlights from Harper and Bryant's epic 2015 were projected onto the famous canopy of Vegas' Fremont Street Experience and the sluggers each donated autographed bats to the city.

Meanwhile, fellow Las Vegan and masher of baseballs, Joey Gallo , is just over here waiting for his turn to straight rake his way onto that canopy.
