The B.O.A.R.D.: Game 7, here we come

Each October, the MLB postseason belongs to someone or something. Whether it's the Rally Monkey in 2002, Daniel Murphy in 2015 or David Ross last year, October is always dominated by a particular force. With so much good baseball packed into one month, it's sometimes tough to follow all the madness, so we created the Baseball October Arbitrary Rankings Device (The B.O.A.R.D.) to keep track of it all.
The baseball postseason is synonymous with the month of October. With the regular season concluding neatly at the end of September, the postseason takes center stage during October, and often crowns a champion before Halloween. However, in a World Series as crazy as this one has been, it is only fitting that the postseason extends beyond its traditional boundaries, granting us one magical day of November baseball.
Tuesday's Game 6 saw the Dodgers defeat the Astros, 3-1. Behind a stellar performance by Rich Hill and another clutch Chris Taylor hit, the Dodgers forced a decisive Game 7, which will feature a pitching rematch of Game 3 between Yu Darvish and Lance McCullers Jr.

With the calendar flipping to a new month and the season being extended another day, we not only had to update the B.O.A.R.D., but also the B.O.A.R.D.'s name entirely. After all, it's no longer October. Check out the video up top to find out our latest changes.
