Celebrate the three-year anniversary of this guy falling into the Winter Meetings pool

3 yrs ago, this guy fell in Winter Meetings pool

Unable to handle the bleak and cold winter without any baseball? While we still have a little while to go before Spring Training begins, you're in luck: Because it's time for the Winter Meetings. It's that heady mix when rumors fly, baseball pros hobnob around the lobby bar and college students swarm en masse to look for jobs.

In years past, the Meetings were the wild frontier. Like when Bill Veeck, after his purchase of the White Sox was completed, immediately set up shop with a sign that read "Open for Business" in the hotel lobby.

Not that things don't still get crazy. Like three years ago when one man, surely overwhelmed by the sheer amount of baseball activity swirling around him, pitched headfirst into the lobby reflecting pool.

While there are sure to be surprising trades and signings this week, what we're really looking forward to is who will be the next person to take an on-camera dive.
