Cheech Marin played a little baseball in his younger days
Cheech Marin threw out the first pitch at Minute Maid Park on Wednesday night, but it was far from the comedian's first time on a baseball diamond.
"I was a baseball player in my youth, in the old days," Marin said. "[I played] shortstop, second base, leadoff hitter, base stealer and mini-power hitter. I used to have three or four home runs a year, but I was a little tiny guy."
Let's see -- tiny middle infielder and leadoff man who steals bases but also has a little pop ... doesn't that sound kinda familiar, Astros fans?
