This Taiwanese player crushed an opposite field home run on a pitch at eye level

(Clair, Michael)

It's supposed to be hard to hit baseballs. If you want to be successful, you need to look for your pitch and hope it's belt buckle high. One day after Evan Gattis ended a game by swinging at a pitch he had no business hitting, the Lamigo Monkeys' Yang Yao-hsun went after a pitch that was basically at eye level.
Somehow the right fielder managed to not just make contact, but hit it out over the left-field wall:

Maybe we were all wrong and you're supposed to swing at pitches over your head.
