Daniel Norris stops gravity to make great diving play

 As all popcorn/baseball lovers know, David Price was traded to Toronto last week. In exchange, the Tigers picked up a handful of prospects, including the van-driving, Jack Johnson-listening Daniel Norris.

Talents we're all aware Norris possesses:

- cooking fabulous meals on a camp stove

- a pitch arsenal that got him ranked as MLB Pipeline's no. 25 prospect in all of baseball

- being Brad Ausmus' second cousin:

Yes, apparently in his Kerouac-esque travels across the land, Norris learned the secret of flight and is using it to do things like snatch bunts out of the air like an eagle snatching fish out of the water. Yes, we're saying getting J.J. Hardy out is just as majestic as our national bird. 

Norris also pitched a perfect first inning, with two strikeouts and and a groundout. After giving up a home run to Chris Davis in the fourth, he retired 12 straight before Bruce Rondon took over in the eighth. Not a bad first impression at the new job:
