David Wilson backflips, tosses first pitch. Yes, a standing backflip.

As a fan of both Virginia Tech and the New York Giants, David Wright was pretty pumped when Big Blue selected Hokies running back David Wilson 32nd overall in last month's NFL Draft.

The Mets third baseman reached out through a mutual friend, and Wilson brought his whole rookie class to take BP and throw out the first pitch at Citi Field before Wednesday's game.

His ceremonial toss was juuuuuuuust a bit outside, but the rookie made up for it with some impressive gymnastics on his way to the mound.
