Evan Gattis shatters all preconceived notions of strength by hitting a ONE-HANDED HOME RUN

There are many ways to measure strength: A traditional bench press, say, or those competitions where people try to pull a 16-wheeler by a rope. Me, I try to see how many grocery bags I can carry in one trip from my car trunk to -- wait. Wait. Stop what you're doing. There's a question we all have to ask ourselves, right now: Did Evan Gattis hit a one-handed home run?

That's Gattis launching a two-run shot in the eighth inning of the Astros' 14-3 loss to the Rangers Wednesday night, and it really looks like he hit it one-handed.

See his left hand lift off the bat midway through his swing? That's Gattis saying, "I'm going to make it look like I need two hands, but let's be clear: I do not." 

I don't know what to believe anymore -- all of our preconceived notions of strength no longer apply on this Earth. Gattis has done away with them.
