Spotted: A Giants fan peddling around McCovey Cove with a Commissioner's Trophy hat
After World Series triumphs in 2010, 2012 and 2014, Giants fans have become particularly fond of the "Even Year" theory -- which holds that the magic of even numbers will spur San Francisco to titles every other year forever and ever, amen, glory be to the Baseball Gods.
And since 2016 is, of course, an even year, one Giants fan decided to get the celebration started early -- by bringing his very own Commissioner's Trophy (along with a very stylish paddleboat) to McCovey Cove during Friday's game against the Rockies.
We just have one question, though: Where's the celebratory pizza?
