Justise Winslow prepped for Heat camp by catching and throwing back a Matt Kemp homer

The Miami Heat will open training camp within the week, so naturally some players are already back in Miami in the days leading up to the unofficial start of the 2016-2017 season.

One such player is small forward Justise Winslow, who was a guest of the Marlins for Thursday night's 6-3 loss to the Braves at Marlins Park. Clad in a slick Marlins jersey, Winslow tossed a ceremonial first pitch before assuming his seat just beyond the left-field fence.
But his night didn't end there. When Matt Kemp stepped up and clubbed a solo homer in the sixth inning, guess who wound up with the baseball? No, not this guy, but Winslow himself! A true Marlins fan, Winslow couldn't bring it upon himself to keep a homer hit by an opposing player, so he did this instead:

After the game, Kemp couldn't help but be impressed when he was otld of Winslow's play by MLB.com's Mark Bowman:
"I guess that's kind of cool. Who comes to their first baseball game in Miami and catches a baseball? That's pretty cool."
When told by Bowman that Winslow didn't catch teh ball on the fly, however, Kemp added this with a laugh:
"That doesn't count then."
At least it's still a fun story for Winslow's first game in Miami!
