Hey Cardinals fans, can you defend your #HunterPenceSigns?

Ian Kay,

For months now, opposing fans have brought Arts & Crafts Night to the ballpark to troll Giants outfielder with homemade signs mocking his alleged culinary preferences, inability to perform mundane daily functions and ignorance of modern technological advances.

The Hunter Pence Signs have become such a phenomenon that professional franchises in other cities (and sports) can't help but join in on the fun. And, with the Cardinals hosting the Giants for Game 2 of the NLCS, Busch Stadium was inevitably filled with clever fans eager to crack jokes at Pence's expense.

But when you really think about it, are all those charges really so damning? Cut4 was on hand in St. Louis to have Cardinals fans explain exactly why Pence should be so offended by the barbs.

For what it's worth, we here at Cut 4 see absolutely nothing wrong with enjoying a delicious seasonal beverage that provides caffeine and tastes like autumn in a cup.
