Inside the Actor's Dugout: Ryan Howard reflects on his TV roles

Fans of The Office and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia might remember hilarious cameo appearances by a certain Phillies first baseman: Ryan Howard, as himself.

The Big Piece enjoyed his work on the hit sitcoms. "It was cool, it was different. Something outside of your element," said the 2006 NL MVP.

How did Howard rate his acting skills? "All the good actors don't usually rate themselves -- they don't usually even watch themselves," he said with a smile, though he admits he was pleased with his performances. He may not be ready to pursue primetime full-time, but he'd "love" to try his hand at acting again.
