Jason Giambi 'felt like Mr. Potato Head' diving into first base

They always tell you not to slide headfirst into first base. You can break your fingers. Running is faster. You'll shoot your eye out. 

Anway, it's supposedly the wrong move.

Well, 42-year-old Jason Giambi performed the taboo maneuver against the Phillies on Tuesday night and the results were, uh, predictable.
