Jim Harbaugh throws one of the most intense first pitches of all-time

Jim Harbaugh, new head football coach at Michigan, threw out the ceremonial first pitch before Tuesday's Pirates-Tigers game at Comerica Park. And while most first pitches are pretty easygoing and jovial, Harbaugh, who's been known for his intensity at baseball games in the past, was not messing around:

I WILL THROW THIS THROUGH YOUR MITT AND INTO THE STANDS!

The pitch itself ended up being a pretty decent one:

Harbaugh was interviewed before the moment and said he'd been "practicing for this since he was 5 years old." He's also caught 20 foul balls. Go on with your bad dad pants-wearing self, Jim.
