Joe Maddon may soon start living out of his car

Joe Maddon drove to the ballpark in style on Friday, making the short trip from Tampa to St. Petersburg in his 2014 Tiffin Phaeton -- a 40-foot RV with a living area, dinette, bedroom, bathroom with shower, refrigerator and three flat-screen TVs. The Rays skipper purchased the motor home before Spring Training, and his wife, Jaye, drove it cross-country from California to Florida in March.

Maddon said he plans to live in the RV during Spring Training next year in Port Charlotte, Fla. After looking at the photos, it seems that living out of his car might not be so bad after all.
