Joey Gallo donated cleats to an entire high school baseball team in Nevada

Joey Gallo's life is not exclusively about mashing monster homers or pilfering popcorn from the outfield stands (though the latter is pretty great to watch). He's also a man of the people -- and not just because he feels guilty about occasionally sneaking off with some grub.
On Tuesday, Gallo posted a clip to his Instagram of a recent visit to Basic High School in his hometown of Henderson, Nev. He had a special gift in store for the Wolves baseball team:

That's a very nice gesture, and good on Gallo for instilling some good manners at the end with a group "thank you." Getting quality cleats is now one less thing for the Wolves' to-do list.
Next up, we're hoping Gallo donates some bats so that he can pass on his dinger prowess to the rest of the world. We have to know how he can do this ... even with a wooden bat.
