Jose Abreu broke his homerless streak, celebrated by giving Melky Cabrera a piggyback ride

With 78 home runs in two and a half years in MLB, Jose Abreu never goes too long without smashing a baseball past the confines of the outfield. In his career thus far, he's averaged about one homer every five games. But after his two-run home run on June 23, the White Sox slugger played 32 straight homerless games -- the longest such streak, by far, of his career.

So, you can imagine that his two-run shot in the second inning of Thursday's 6-3 win over the Tigers felt really, really good:

Hey, what are friends for? We say a dugout piggyback ride is a perfectly adorable way to celebrate snapping a month-long homerless streak.
