Jose Altuve had a great day at his first NFL game as the Texans' Homefield Advantage Captain
Jose Altuve has accomplished a lot for the Astros. Four All-Star nods, two American League batting titles (including this season's .338 mark) and a penchant for amazing pregame singing, the man does it all for Houston.
And yet, up until Sunday night he had yet to attend an NFL game -- but that all changed when he attended the Texans' game with the Colts as a special guest. Specifically, he was the Texans' Homefield Advantage Captain:
As you do at your first NFL game ever, Altuve enjoyed taking in the sights and sounds at NRG Stadium:
His visit also included a fun team photo with the Texans' cheerleaders in the locker room prior to kickoff:
AND a stint with the pregame radio crew:

Which elicited "MVP" chants from the gathered fans eager to catch a glimpse of the Astros' hero:

But, of course, no "special guest" visit to a football game is complete without your own customized jersey!
Not a bad Sunday night.
