Little League legend Mo'ne Davis to play in NBA All-Star Celebrity Game

Mo'ne Davis to play in NBA Celebrity All-Star Game

Is there anything that Mo'ne Davis can't do? She's already the first girl to throw a shutout at an LLWS qualifying game, followed that up by tossing another one in the actual LLWS, was on the cover of Sports Illustrated for Kids, threw out the first pitch at the World Series, was named the AP's Female Athlete of the Year and whiffed Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show. Not bad for one year.

Add one more to the list of accomplishments: NBA Celebrity All-Star. Held during NBA All-Star weekend, on Feb. 13, Davis will suit up alongside and against actors like 42's Chadwick Boseman, former NBA players like Allan Houston and Chris Mullin, WNBA stars like Shoni Schimmel and Skylar Diggins, and many more athletes, musicians and entertainers.

How will Davis do? Considering that Davis recently made the varsity team at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy despite being in 8th grade, I'd imagine she'll hold her own just fine.

After all, she's had some good All-Star mentors, including Dodgers owner and former NBA All-Star Magic Johnson, who Davis met back during December:
