Little Leaguer T.J. Cadden showed off his baseball instincts with a superb between-the-legs play

When the ball comes to you when you least expect it, you just have to try to react. Fortunately for Pennsylvania's Upper Providence Little League team on Monday night, they had a particularly alert young player at shortstop in T.J. Cadden.

Upper Providence faced Maryland's Thurmont team in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament, and the two teams were tied, 1-1, in the top of the second with a runner on first. Pitcher Gavin Schauder induced a comebacker, but the ball deflected off his glove and fell slowly to the grass.

That's when Cadden came to the rescue ...

Little League player. Big-time instincts.

... and with the M.J. shrug, too!

Upper Pennsylvania went on to win, 10-5. Looks like we've got another Brandon Phillips in the making.
