Conforto 3rd to play in LLWS, CWS, MLB World Series

Call Michael Conforto "DJ Khaled" 'cause all he does is win. The Mets rookie outfielder has been winning his whole life, and now that the Mets have reached the 2015 World Series, he's going to try to do so on baseball's grandest stage.

With the Mets' Game 4 victory over the Cubs, Conforto finds himself on the precipice of becoming the third person in the history of the sport to make an appearance in the Little League World Series, the College World Series and the actual World Series.

In 2004, Conforto went 6-for-10 in three games for the Northwest Region Championship team from Redmond, Wash., and hit a home run against Randal Grichuk's team in the first game of that tournament.

As a sophomore in 2013, Conforto led the Oregon State Beavers to a College World Series berth and earned himself a spot on the All-Tournament Team with a 7-for-16 showing.

Now, Conforto is looking to build on that .500 career average in World Series games in the actual World Series as he joins Ed Vosberg and Jason Varitek on the short list of players to play in all three events.
