Minor Leaguer T.J. Nichting took a huge leap, tumbled over the railing and made the catch

There often isn't a lot of foul territory for outfielders to cover in Minor League Baseball, so when one foul fly manages to stay in play, the odds are high that the players will put their bodies on the line to make the catch. Aberdeen IronBirds outfielder T.J. Nichting proved that point during his New York-Penn League game on Monday against the Tri-City ValleyCats.
Tri-City had just tied it up, 1-1, in the bottom of the second, and with two outs, they were still threatening with a runner on third. J.J. Matijevic lifted a high foul to the left side, near the wall in foul territory.
Nichting carefully tracked the ball, took a leap of faith against the wall, tumbled over ...

... and came down with the catch to end the inning. That's some serious determination to get the out.
Even the opposing team's Twitter account had to give it up for Nichting's crazy catch.
