While it may not have been the pitch-off with Clayton Kershaw that we're all waiting for, Mo'ne Davis still impressed when she came out to throw the first pitch at Dodger Stadium on Tuesday night.

Davis fired a strike to Drew Butera behind the plate. After pitching two shutouts for Philadelphia's Taney Dragons during the Little League World Series, that's hardly a surprise.
Even better, by throwing out the first pitch in Los Angeles, we got to hear Vin Scully call it. I can't think of a better combo.
But seriously, we're going to need to see that pitch-off soon. But Kershaw and Davis did get a chance to meet -- when he autographed a bat for her, she offered to send him an autographed copy of her edition of Sports Illustrated:
