New Indians slugger Edwin Encarnacion received a hero's welcome to Cleveland at the Cavs game
After much offseason speculation, slugger/serial bat-smeller Edwin Encarnacion opted for a lucrative free-agent deal with the reigning AL champion Indians in December.
Encarnacion (and his trusty parrot) should do just fine in their new digs in #Believeland, and that was all but assumed before he received a hero's welcome at the Cavs' game against the Bulls at Quicken Loans Arena Wednesday evening:

We'll consider this the mirror-image of J.R. Smith's eventful visit to Progressive Field in late September, another instance of Cleveland sports teams showing each other love.
