Rogers Centre was fired up before Game 4 thanks to this powerful saxophone rendition of 'O Canada'
Saxophonist Michael Phillips has been all over the place during his career -- according to his official bio, he's recorded and toured with Prince, Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder, which just seems unfair. On Tuesday, though, he was in Toronto for a very special engagement: playing an instrumental version of "O Canada" prior to the Blue Jays' 5-1 win in ALCS Game 4.
Phillips isn't Canadian himself -- he hails from Mount Vernon, N.Y., just north of the Bronx -- but that didn't stop him from bringing the house down. And, as you can see in the clip above, he got some special flag-bearing help from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
Whether this could top Russell Martin's dad's performance, though, is up to you.
