Do not fear: The image you see above is not the result of the infield dirt developing a mind of its own and overtaking the outfield grass at The Big A. Instead, it was willingly placed there before Saturday's Supercross race. 

With motorcycles tearing through the post-apocalyptic infield, it looked something like this: 

Of course, even those motorized bikes pale in comparison to the speed of Mike Trout:

Of course, now I want to see a yearly baseball game played on an obstacle course. We can only hope that event comes one day in the future.
