The Seattle Seahawks celebrated a touchdown by charging the mound after a hit by pitch

NFL touchdown celebrations frequently draw inspiration from other sports. Teams have channeled soccer when playing in London and, more often, pretend to play basketball and baseball when in season.
After a lengthy 18-inning Game 3 and a stunning comeback by the Red Sox in Game 4, the World Series in on everyone's mind. So of course the Seahawks receiver Tyler Lockett decided to play some baseball with Doug Baldwin after finding the end zone.

Luckily for Lockett, his teammates were nearby to defend him from the fallout of his clearly accidental plunking.
Just one year ago, the Eagles employed a similar touchdown celebration during the World Series.

There's something about October baseball that seems to get the NFL fired up for baseball.
