This young Cubs fan's reaction to catching Joey Votto's batting gloves was priceless

Joey Votto has had an exceptional season. The five-time All-Star finished the year with a .320/.454/.578 line, 36 home runs and 100 RBIs. While the numbers are impressive, the Reds first baseman has had many other reasons to make him a loveable character to watch over the last few months.
And during the Reds' 3-1 win over the Cubs on Sunday, Votto was at it again. After finishing an at-bat, he delivered his batting gloves to two young Cubs fans seated near the dugout and they had the most adorable and excited reactions you'll ever see:

This isn't out of the norm for Votto. For example, he promised teammate Zack Cozart a donkey if he made the All-Star roster. Well, Cozart made the team and Votto paid up on his promise. He also gave a young fan his bat and jersey after hitting a home run and pointing at him prior to his at-bat -- it was a moment to warm the soul.

Votto continues to make a simple day at the ballpark a memorable one.
