Travis d'Arnaud avoided a foul ball by running into the Astros' dugout

The Mets-Astros game ended in a 7-7 tie on Friday evening. And as much as we craved some extra-inning weirdness, there was still a fun moment that made the game plenty strange.
On an Alex Bregman popup in the bottom of the fifth inning, Travis d'Arnaud and Todd Frazier attempted to make the play for the out near the Astros' dugout. Frazier appeared to have a better read on the ball, so d'Arnaud did his best to avoid him -- and this was the result:

Yes, that's him running into the Astros' dugout to avoid any type of drama that may occur.
Maybe d'Arnaud wanted to say hello to his fellow MLB colleagues in the dugout -- perhaps he needed a slight break. Either way, the Mets catcher wanted nothing to do with the ball that Frazier claimed as his own.
