UConn pitcher Mason Feole's pure instincts saved him from a batting-practice line drive

Saturday seemed like just another day for UConn pitcher Mason Feole. He was throwing batting practice to his teammate, outfielder John Toppa, and suddenly, the ball was sent screaming right back at him:

Phew! That could have been dangerous, but thankfully, Feole's instincts kicked in and helped him not only avoid the line drive, but make a breathtaking catch as well.
That's Major League stuff, too, as demonstrated a few years ago by then-A's pitcher Jesse Chavez:

Of course, if Feole was wearing a jersey, he could have made a clothing-assisted catch like the Phillies' Nick Pivetta did this past September:

Lessons abound! At least Feole was able to escape unscathed and took it in stride.
