Batboy runs behind home plate ... during a pitch

On Saturday night, disaster and chaos nearly came to Atlanta when the Braves batboy ran behind home plate during Ervin Santana's pitch. Even worse, it was a pitch up in the zone meaning that a simple slip of the wrist and the batboy could have had a 94 mph pitch screaming straight towards him.

Fortunately, that didn't happen and the game continued on. Though it does beg the question: what is up with the Braves batboys and their flair for the dramatic?
