Howie Kendrick bent space-time in half to make this amazing catch
What's the shortest distance between two points? Is it a straight line? Not if one of the points is a baseball and the other is Howie Kendrick's glove, because this catch from Thursday's Dodgers-Giants game clearly broke all of the mathematical laws of the universe:
As "A Wrinkle in Time" taught us, Kendrick is clearly bending dimensions in half to move faster than our non-Kendrick minds can imagine. The second baseman was using his time-travel powers for good (well, the Dodgers) to rescue his team from a bases-loaded jam that could have seen the Giants score the go-ahead run, so he's basically a superhero in our books.
