A behind-the-scenes look at how Ryan Howard is spending his very first offseason as a free agent

Ryan Howard has played 13 seasons in MLB, all of them with the Phillies. Since his debut on Sept. 1, 2004, he has mashed 382 home runs. That's just 18 short of the 400 club. And for the first time in his career, he's a free agent.
So, how's he spending his first offseason on the market? Whistle Sports went behind-the-scenes with Howard as he trains to regain his MVP form.

"My goal is not to create a better baseball player," Howard's training partner says. "But to create a superhuman that just happens to play baseball."
So, if all goes well, at the end of this offseason, Howard will go from first-time free agent to MLB superman.
