Mike Napoli blasted a foul ball out of Progressive Field and right to this fan on her lunch break

Mike Napoli is a strong man. We know that. From his five-game home run streak in August, to that time he hit the Progressive Field scoreboard, basically everything he does says, "Watch me lift this house above my head and eat this tree."
The foul ball that one fan named Ali managed to grab on Thursday afternoon says that, too.

Ali collected the foul ball Napoli hit in the third inning of the Indians' matchup against the Astros, but here's the thing: Ali did not attend the game.
No, she was just walking past Progressive Field on her lunch break when Napoli hit a foul ball clear out of the ballpark:

Like we said: Strong man.
Here's the view from where Ali ended up snagging the baseball:

And sure, Napoli's mammoth shot trailed foul, but Carlos Santana's didn't -- and the Indians led, 10-5, heading into a rain delay before the bottom of the sixth inning.
