Yasiel Puig deked Christian Yelich on a short fly ball and threw him out at second

Heading into Game 3 of the NLCS on Monday night, Brewers star Christian Yelich was looking to get it going at the plate. He was held to a 1-for-8 clip through the first two games, hardly the type of production he'd like to provide for the club he's done so much for all season.
Yelich ended that drought in the eighth inning, placing a perfect bunt down the third-base line and getting himself back in the hit column. The next hitter, Ryan Braun, lofted a short fly ball to right field. It looked like it was in that nebulous no-man's-land that presents a nightmare for a baserunner.
Having begun running toward second, Yelich stopped and reversed course when Yasiel Puig flashed a quick decoy attempt before picking up the baseball off the grass (as he did not catch it). Yelich then tried changing course again, but it was far too late, as he was forced out at second.

He did end up having run a pretty solid short set of sprints, though. Gotta get those reps!
