Hit hard by flu, Prado remains out vs. Giants

SAN FRANCISCO -- Martin Prado was out of the D-backs' starting lineup for the second straight day Sunday because of flu-like symptoms.

The bug has been going around the team lately and seemed to hit Prado harder than most.

"He's getting better but he's still under the weather," manager Kirk Gibson said. "It just came on here and has affected people in different ways."

The National League Player of the Month for August went 1-for-8 in the first two games against the Giants. He has a career-best 73 RBIs.
