AMERICAN LEAGUE EAST

Blue Jays: Kevin Vicuna, SS (No. 27) -- 4-for-4, 3B, 2 RBIs (Class A-Adv Dunedin)
Vicuna had been hitless over his prior three games entering Sunday's doubleheader against Lakeland, but he went 1-for-3 in the first game, a 9-1 loss, and 4-for-4 with a triple in the second contest, a 16-4 victory. He's hitting .313 over his last 10 games.

Orioles: Ryan Mountcastle, 1B (No. 1, MLB. No. 65) -- 2-for-4, HR (6), 2B, 5 RBI, R, BB (Triple-A Norfolk); Zac Lowther, LHP (No. 8) -- 5 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 8 K (Double-A Bowie)
Mountcastle had a big day at the plate during Norfolk's 8-4 win over Indianapolis, picking up two hits, including a three-run homer in the fifth inning, and a career-best five RBIs. Over his last four games, he's 7-for-17 (.412), raising his season OPS to .872. For a second consecutive start, Lowther held his opponent scoreless. The 23-year-old southpaw hurled five shutout innings for the Bowie Baysox against the Erie Seawolves, scatting five hits and striking out a season-best eight batters.

Rays: Moises Gomez, OF (No. 13) -- 3-for-4, 2 HR (5), 2B, 4 RBI, 2 R (Class A Adv Charlotte)
Gomez recorded his first multihomer and second three-hit game of 2019. His four RBIs were also a season-high. Sunday marked his first time going deep since May 3, and he now has five home runs on the year.

Red Sox: Jarren Duran, OF (No. 10) -- 1-for-3, 2B, RBI (Class A Adv Salem)
Duran, who is second in the Minors in batting average (.406), extended his hitting streak to 11 games Sunday with an RBI double. He has seven extra-base hits in that span (six doubles, one home run).

Yankees: Albert Abreu, RHP (No. 3) -- 5 2/3 IP, 7 H, 2 R (2 ER), 4 BB, 5 K (Double-A Trenton)
Abreu wasn't at his sharpest, but he kept Trenton in the game in an eventual 7-1 loss to Binghamton. Following the outing, his season ERA stands at 3.99, down from 7.31 four starts ago.

Indians: Will Benson, OF (No. 25) -- 2-for-3, HR (9), RBI, 2 R, BB, SB (Class A Lake County)
Benson stuffed the stat sheet Sunday, homering for the ninth time this season and also scoring two runs, drawing a walk and stealing a base with a 2-for-3 performance for Lake County. It marked his sixth multihit game of 2019.

Royals: MJ Melendez, C (No. 3) -- 2-for-4, HR (3), 2B, RBI, R (Class A Adv Wilmington)
Melendez's third homer of the season helped pushed Wilmington past Potomac, 5-3, on Sunday. Melendez's homer got the Blue Rocks on the board in the seventh and ignited a five-run come-from-behind rally.

Tigers: Parker Meadows, OF (No. 8) -- 2-for-4, HR (3), 2 RBI, R (Class A West Michigan)
Meadows launched his third homer of the season in the ninth inning of West Michigan's 11-9 loss to Great Lakes. He logged his first multi-hit game since May 10.

Twins: Travis Blankenhorn, 2B/3B/OF (No. 28) -- 3-for-4, HR, R, 2 RBI, BB (Double-A Pensacola)
Blankenhorn stretched his hitting streak to nine games with three hits in Sunday’s extra-innings, walk-off victory over the Mobile BayBears. His two-out, two-run homer in the third gave him six on the season.

White Sox: Konnor Pilkington, LHP (No. 20) -- 6 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 12 K (Class A Adv Winston-Salem)
Pilkington turned in a six-inning gem Sunday, holding the Down East Wood Ducks scoreless and striking out a career-best 12 batters. His performance was spoiled, however, as Winston-Salem was shut out and the Wood Ducks won on a walk-off single in the ninth.

AMERICAN LEAGUE WEST

A’s: Marcos Brito, 2B (No. 16) -- 1-for-3, HR (2), 2 RBI, 3 R, 2 BB (Class A Beloit)
Brito belted a two-run homer in the second inning of Beloit's 15-7 victory over Kane County. It was his second home run of the season, one more than he hit in 57 games for Class A Short Season Vermont last year.

Angels: Brandon Marsh, OF (No. 3) -- 2-for-4, 2B, SB, 2 R (Double-A Mobile)
Marsh scored two of Mobile's three runs in a 4-3 loss in 10 innings to Pensacola. He's five for his last 12 and is hitting .323 over his past 10 games, upping his season batting average to .262.

Astros: Yordan Alvarez, OF (No. 3, MLB No. 26) -- 1-for-3, HR (18), RBI, 2 R, BB (Triple-A Round Rock); J.B. Bukauskas, RHP (No. 5, MLB No. 85) -- 6 IP, 4 H, 1 R (1 ER), 6 K (Double-A Corpus Christi)
Alvarez slugged his 18th home run of the season and trails Pacific Coast League home run leader Kevin Cron (D-backs) by one. The 21-year-old Cuban slugger leads the Minors in the other two Triple Crown categories, with a .411 average and 55 RBIs. Bukauskas, meanwhile, hurled six innings of one-run ball for Double-A Corpus Christi, striking out six batters. The six innings he pitched were a season-high.

Mariners: Logan Gilbert, RHP (No. 6) -- 7 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 11 K (Class A Adv Modesto)
Gilbert turned in a tremendous start in Modesto's 2-0 victory over Rancho Cucamonga, striking out 11 and walking none over a dominant seven innings. Outside of a hiccup on May 2, the left-hander has been outstanding, with Saturday's gem lowering his season ERA to 1.75 over seven starts.

Rangers: Sam Huff, C/1B (No. 21) -- 2-for-4, 2B, RBI (Class A Adv Down East)
Huff lined a walk-off single to center field in Down East's 1-0 victory over Winston-Salem. He's hitting .317.346/.717 with an 16 homers in 40 games this season.

Braves: Ian Anderson, RHP (No. 3, MLB No. 31) -- 5 2/3 IP, 7 H, R (ER), 0 BB, 5 K (Double-A Mississippi)
Anderson turned in a solid performance in Mississippi's 2-1 loss to Birmingham, lowering his season ERA to 3.70 over nine starts, with 52 strikeouts but also 28 walks over 41 1/3 innings.

Marlins: Jordan Holloway, RHP (No. 13) -- 5 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 11 K (Class A Adv Jupiter)
Holloway continued his recent run of success with a third consecutive scoreless start. The right-hander allowed just three hits and a walk while striking out a career-high 11. He hasn’t allowed a run since April 26 and hasn't allowed an earned run in five of his seven outings this year.

Mets: Luis Carpio, 2B/SS (No. 29) -- 2-for-3, HR (2), 2 RBI, 3 R, 2 BB (Double-A Binghamton)
In his first game since being promoted to Double-A, Carpio contributed right away with a 2-for-3 performance that included a two-run homer in the seventh inning to help Binghamton to a 7-1 win over Trenton.

Medina started and tossed five scoreless innings in Reading's 5-4 win over Portland. He gave up four hits, walked two and fanned five to lower his season ERA to 4.64 over seven starts.

Nationals: Carter Kieboom, SS (No. 1. MLB No. 25) -- 2-for-3, HR (6), 2B, 2 RBI, 2 R (Triple-A Fresno)
After making his Major League debut with the Nationals on April 26 and hitting his first two homers over an 11-game stint with Washington, Kieboom picked up right where he left off at Fresno, going 2-for-4 with a double and two-run homer in the Grizzlies' 4-3 loss to Sacramento. He's hitting .368/.496/.674 with six homers on the season.

Brewers: Lucas Erceg, 3B (No. 8) -- 2-for-3, HR (5), RBI, R, 2 BB (Triple-A San Antonio)
Though he had been slumping, Erceg had a big day at the plate to help San Antonio beat Memphis, 9-3. The third baseman went 2-for-3 with a solo homer in the second inning and a pair of walks, upping his season line to .232/.341/.455.

Cubs: Christopher Morel, 3B/SS (No. 26) -- 2-for-3, HR (2), RBI, 2 R (Class A South Bend)
Morel helped South Bend to an 8-4 win over Dayton, launching a solo homer in the fourth inning for his second of the season. He has registered three consecutive multihit games, raising his season average from .214 to .252 in the process.

Cardinals: Elehuris Montero, 3B (No. 3) -- 2-for-4, HR (3), RBI, R (Double-A Springfield)
Montero belted his third homer of the season, a solo shot in the third inning of Springfield's 4-3 loss to Northwest Arkansas. He's seven for his last 18 (.389), boosting his average from .203 to .234 in the span of five games.

Pirates: Luis Escobar, RHP (No. 9) -- 3 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 2 K (Triple-A Indiana)
In his first start of the season, Escobar hurled three scoreless frames, allowing only one hit and a pair of walks and striking out two. It was a nice bounce-back outing for the right-hander, who was tagged for two home runs -- the first runs scored against him in 2019 -- in a relief appearance Thursday.

Sugilio delivered the game-winning knock for the Daytona Tortugas against the Tampa Tarpons, driving in the go-ahead run with a single in the 10th inning. The clutch single capped Sugilio’s first three-hit performance of 2019.

Allen went five innings in El Paso's 5-4 loss to Albuquerque, yielding a run on three hits, walking three and fanning five. That lowered his season ERA to 4.54. Following a rough start to the season, he's lowered his ERA by nearly four runs in four starts this month.
