Ryan Holmstedt - Vice President, Ticket Sales and Events
Ryan Holmstedt enters his 14th season with the D-backs and third as Vice President, Ticket Sales and Events. In his current role, he oversees Ticket Sales for the D-backs and all bookings and ticket sales for Arizona Diamondbacks Events & Entertainment (ADEE), the company that executes non-baseball events at Chase Field.
Since ADEE launched in 2018, the company has overseen numerous events including WWE’s Royal Rumble, Drone Racing League, Topgolf Live, two Cheez-It Bowls, Billy Joel’s first-ever stadium concert in Arizona, Perfect Game showcase, the Waste Management Phoenix Open Tee-Off luncheon, among others. Prior to adding ADEE to his responsibilities, Holmstedt served as the Sr. Director of Ticket Sales & Service, overseeing Group Sales, Season Ticket Sales, Suite Sales & Service, Inside Sales and Season Ticket Services.
He began his career at the D-backs in 2007 as a Sr. Account Executive before taking on increased level of responsibility. He served as Inside Sales Manager (2009-11), Director of Group Sales (2011-12) and Director of Ticket Sales (2012-13), with his respective departments annually reaching record revenues.
Prior to joining the D-backs, Holmstedt worked for the Phoenix Suns where his sales team also set records in tickets sold and revenue for the franchise.
The Oregon native graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business. He currently serves as a board member of the Daniel Summit Sports Conference and is an active member of the community.
He and his wife, Kirsten, reside in Mesa with their daughter, Rylee.
