Honeycutt leaves Dodgers due to death in family

TORONTO -- Dodgers pitching coach Rick Honeycutt left the club Tuesday after a death in the family and pitching coordinator Rafael Chaves joined the club to help bullpen coach Chuck Crim.

Chaves had been working with veteran Carlos Marmol, who was called up Tuesday, and accompanied the pitcher to Toronto.
