How To Book Your Outing
As our group pricing is subject to change at any time, we ask for full payment for your group event. This is the only way to secure your seating location and price.
Return Policy: Since we ask for payment in full, we do allow groups to return up to 50% of your tickets no later than three (3) weeks prior to your game. The refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was received. If you paid by cash or Dodger Dollars, you will be issued a refund check.
Example: You've purchased 100 tickets for April 28; you can return a max of 50 tickets for a full refund by April 7.
Please Note: You must retain the group minimum of tickets to qualify for the group rate.
Online Group Deposits
Placing a group deposit online does not guarantee a specific date, price, or location until your order has been finalized. Should you place an online deposit, a group representative will contact you within a few days of placing your deposit to get your date and seating preferences. Once seating and pricing is available, you will be required to pay the remaining balance of the order.
All 2018 groups can enjoy:
- Savings off the individual star price, as well as no per ticket fees (subject to change)
- A complimentary welcome board message (70 characters max) and can include a personalized greeting* on their tickets (30 characters max)
- Online account ticket management & dedicated service from your personal account manager
Group Welcome Messages
Your group message will appear on the welcome greeting screen located below the Left Field DodgerVision screen. Messages must not exceed 70 characters (including spaces) and are shown during a break in game action (i.e., pregame, mid-innings, etc.). Messages including photos, negative or derogatory messages, or containing sponsorship elements (websites, hashtags, twitter handles, etc.) are not allowed. The Dodgers have final approval in all messages.
When applicable, allocation of all fan experiences is contingent on the purchase of the designated minimum number of tickets and is subject to availability. Ticket minimums must be reached no later than three (3) weeks prior to your scheduled event unless stated otherwise through written communication with the LA Dodgers Group Sales Department. Fan experiences are limited.
Fan experiences involving a script that includes names, will also require pronunciations, and cannot include any elements of sponsorship (including Twitter handles, websites, email addresses). Scripts must be received by the Group Sales Department no later than 10 days prior to your game date. Scripts received after this time cannot be guaranteed to be honored or included as part of the pregame, in-game, or postgame ceremonies. The Los Angeles Dodgers reserve the right to edit any information submitted.
The Dodgers now utilize electronic tickets, allowing fans immediate access to their tickets post-purchase. As a group leader, electronic tickets are managed through your My Dodger Tickets account, which makes it easy to print, track, and send your group's event tickets. On mobile phones, fans can easily access their tickets, stadium maps, and Dodger news and information all in one place. With the My Dodger Tickets program, your tickets are always with you when you need them!
Once your purchase is complete, your Dodgers representative will send your My Dodger Tickets account login information to access your tickets and parking passes (if purchased).
A Few Things To Note About Electronic Ticketing
- You cannot forward a ticket to yourself using the same email address listed on your account. If you email the ticket to yourself using the same email address assigned to your My Dodger Tickets account, you will not receive an email. The system recognizes the email address and does not "forward" them to that same email address on the account. The tickets will remain active in your My Ticket Inventory.
- If you print a ticket, then decide to forward it to your guest, the printed copy is deactivated. When a printed ticket is forwarded, the barcode on the printed ticket is deactivated and the forwarded ticket receives a new barcode.
- You cannot forward a ticket to someone then decide to print that ticket to give to someone else. When a ticket is forwarded, the ticket is no longer valid on the original account. Once a ticket has been forwarded, you can view the recipient in your My Ticket Inventory list or accessing your My History tab.
- There is no way to know if you have printed a ticket once or multiple times. Printing a ticket from your My Dodger Ticket account does not change the barcode. The first ticket to be scanned at the ballpark will be granted access into the stadium. All other copies will be denied entry into the stadium.
For additional resources on how to manage your tickets, please visit www.dodgers.com/mytickets or contact your Dodger Sales representative.
