Group Welcome Messages

Your group message will appear on the welcome greeting screen located below the Left Field DodgerVision screen. Messages must not exceed 70 characters (including spaces) and are shown during a break in game action (i.e., pregame, mid-innings, etc.). Messages including photos, negative or derogatory messages, or containing sponsorship elements (websites, hashtags, twitter handles, etc.) are not allowed. The Dodgers have final approval on all messages.

Fan Experience Packages

When applicable, allocation of all Fan Experience packages (FEPs) is contingent on the purchase of the designated minimum number of tickets and is subject to availability. Ticket minimums must be reached no later than 21 days prior to your scheduled event unless stated otherwise through written communication with the LA Dodgers Group Sales Department. Fan experiences are limited.

All FEPs will require a signed 2020 FEP Form to guarantee that respective ticket minimums will be met. This agreement must be signed by the customer within 48 hours of the deposit/initial payment. Requests for FEPs will not be accepted without a signed form acknowledging commitment to ticket/revenue minimums.

Fan Experience Packages involving a script that includes names, will also require pronunciations, and cannot include any elements of sponsorship (including Twitter handles, websites, email addresses). Scripts must be received by the Group Sales Department no later than 14 days prior to your game date. Scripts received after this time cannot be guaranteed to be honored or included as part of the pregame, in-game, or postgame ceremonies. The Los Angeles Dodgers reserve the right to edit any information submitted.

A Few Things To Note About Electronic Ticketing

  1. You cannot forward a ticket to yourself using the same email address listed on your account. If you email the ticket to yourself using the same email address assigned to your My Dodger Tickets account, you will not receive an email. The system recognizes the email address and does not "forward" them to that same email address on the account. The tickets will remain active in your My Ticket Inventory.
  2. If you print a ticket, then decide to forward it to your guest, the printed copy is deactivated. When a printed ticket is forwarded, the barcode on the printed ticket is deactivated and the forwarded ticket receives a new barcode.
  3. You cannot forward a ticket to someone then decide to print that ticket to give to someone else. When a ticket is forwarded, the ticket is no longer valid on the original account. Once a ticket has been forwarded, you can view the recipient in your My Ticket Inventory list or accessing your My History tab.
  4. There is no way to know if you have printed a ticket once or multiple times. Printing a ticket from your My Dodger Ticket account does not change the barcode. The first ticket to be scanned at the ballpark will be granted access into the stadium. All other copies will be denied entry into the stadium.
