No purchase or payment is necessary to register for or participate in the Dodgers Eighty-Eight Ticket Purchase Opportunity Registration Program (the "Program"). The Program allows you to register for an opportunity to purchase up to four (4) Field Level tickets, at five dollars ($5.00) per ticket, inclusive of any city/county amusement taxes, for each Los Angeles Dodgers 2018 regular season home game played at Dodger Stadium (each, a "Game" and collectively, the "Games") for which you submit a registration. A separate Registration Deadline (defined below) and drawing will apply to each Game. Registrations for one Game are not valid for any other Game. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
For each Game to be played beginning May 11, 2018, the Dodgers will conduct a random drawing to select twenty-two (22) registrations from among all eligible registrations that are received for the applicable Game by the Registration Deadline for such Game. There is no per-person Purchase Opportunity (defined below) limit - i.e., an eligible registrant may be a Selected Registrant (defined below) for more than one Game. The Dodgers, however, reserve all rights to disqualify, and prohibit future participation in the Program by, any registrant found to be ineligible or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, and to otherwise disqualify and/or prohibit any registrant at the Dodgers' sole discretion to preserve the integrity of the Program. For each drawing, registrations are selected at random. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all drawings conducted under the Program.
ELIGIBILITY: (1) you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia at the time of registration; (2) you must complete and submit the registration form by the Registration Deadline applicable to the Game for which you wish to participate in the Program; (3) eligible registrants do not include any person who is deemed not in good standing with the Dodgers or has, for any reason, ever been denied entry to Dodger Stadium, had a season ticket license revoked, or had a season ticket license not renewed by the Dodgers. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO REGISTER: Registration for the Program begins at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on May 9, 2018. Registration for each Game closes forty-eight (48) hours prior to the official scheduled start time of the applicable Game (each, a "Registration Deadline").
Eligible individuals may register for the Program at www.dodgers.com/88 (the "Program Site"). Registrants may submit a registration for any Games still having an active registration period by completing all required fields and submitting the completed registration prior to the Registration Deadline applicable to the Game for which the registrant wishes to participate in the Program. The Registration Deadline for each Game is forty-eight (48) hours prior to the official scheduled start time of the applicable Game; those times are subject to change in the Dodgers' sole discretion. All times are Pacific Time. Selected Registrants may purchase up to four (4) Field Level tickets for the applicable Game.
There is a limit of one (1) registration per person per Game (i.e., per drawing), and each registrant selected in a random drawing ("Selected Registrant") shall receive the opportunity to purchase up to four (4) Field Level tickets, at five dollars ($5.00) per ticket, inclusive of city/county amusement taxes, for the designated Game for which such Selected Registrant was selected. Use of automated devices or programs in connection with registering for the Program is prohibited. Proof of registrant's submission of information is not considered proof of receipt of a registration by the Dodgers. The odds of being selected as a Selected Registrant for a Game depend on the total number of eligible registrations received for the applicable Game. No registrations will be returned. Acknowledgment of any registration, if any, does not constitute confirmation or validity of registration. Multiple registrations for a Game by the same person is not permitted, and any person submitting multiple registrations for a single Game, and any registrations utilizing disposable or otherwise invalid email addresses, will be disqualified. Incomplete registrations will also be disqualified.
Registering does not guarantee any registrant any opportunity to purchase tickets, and being selected as a Selected Registrant does not obligate such Selected Registrant to purchase ticket(s).
NOTE: Major League Baseball game dates and times are determined in conjunction with the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Dodgers, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the Program shall be subject to the terms and conditions printed thereon, and all policies and procedures applicable to Dodgers ticket holders generally, all of which may be amended by the Dodgers in their sole discretion from time to time.
TICKET PURCHASE OPPORTUNITY: Each Selected Registrant shall have the opportunity to purchase up to four (4) Field Level tickets, at the price of five dollars ($5.00) per ticket, inclusive of city/county amusement taxes, for the designated Game for which the Selected Registrant was selected (the "Purchase Opportunity"). There is no monetary value to the Purchase Opportunity. No substitutions or cash redemption of the Purchase Opportunity is permitted. The Purchase Opportunity, and any ticket(s) purchased by a Selected Registrant through the Program, may not be assigned, transferred, sold, or resold. The location of tickets made available through the Program may be anywhere within the Field Level of Dodger Stadium, and may have a partial, restricted, and/or obstructed view of the field. Selected Registrants may only purchase tickets at the ticket window adjacent to Lot D at Dodger Stadium on the date of the applicable Game after the stadium gates have opened for public entry on that date. The Dodgers may release tickets offered through the Program that remain unsold as of the official first pitch of the applicable Game. Accordingly, Selected Registrants are encouraged to purchase their tickets prior to the official first pitch of the applicable Game to avoid forfeiting the Purchase Opportunity. A Purchase Opportunity may be redeemed by Selected Registrants only, and all Selected Registrants must present a valid form of identification that matches the name submitted on the registration form. Once tickets are purchased, there are no refunds or exchanges. If a Game is rescheduled after Selected Registrants have been chosen, the opportunity to purchase tickets through the Program will be applied to the rescheduled game. If a Game is canceled prior to the Registration Deadline for that Game, no winners will be chosen for that Game. If a Game is canceled and not made up in the 2018 regular season after Selected Registrants have been chosen, the Dodgers will make an effort to accommodate requests for an alternate game, subject to availability.
Additional restrictions and conditions may apply.
DRAWINGS; CLAIMING PURCHASE OPPORTUNITY: For each Game, the Dodgers will conduct a random electronic drawing from among all eligible registrations received for that Game. Each drawing will take place approximately twenty-four (24) hours prior to the applicable Game. All registrants (both Selected Registrants and those who are not selected in the drawing) will be notified via email regarding whether they were selected. Only the person who registered for the Program and was a Selected Registrant may redeem the Purchase Opportunity and purchase tickets for the applicable Game. Unclaimed tickets (i.e., tickets not purchased by the official first pitch of the applicable Game) may be released and sold to the general public or used by the Dodgers for any other purpose. All decisions by the Dodgers are final and binding on all aspects of the Program. Non-winning registrations from a drawing will not carry-over to or be eligible for any subsequent drawing.
Failure of a Selected Registrant to purchase tickets results in forfeiture of the Purchase Opportunity.
By registering for the Program, each registrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Dodgers, and to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Each registrant also agrees to be bound by all policies and procedures of Dodger Stadium, all terms and conditions printed on any ticket purchased, and all policies and procedures applicable to Dodgers ticket holders generally (collectively, "Dodger Stadium Conditions"). In the event of a registrant's or Selected Registrant's noncompliance or demonstrated intent not to comply with these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or any Dodger Stadium Conditions (including, without limitation, a Selected Registrant's resale or attempted resale of a ticket purchased through the Program), or a Selected Registrant's inability to accept the Purchase Opportunity for any reason, the applicable registration may be disqualified, the Purchase Opportunity may be revoked, and/or any ticket purchased by a Selected Registrant through the Program may be revoked, all in the Dodgers' sole discretion.
Registrations generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid. Without limiting any terms herein, by registering for the Program, each registrant agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program, whether between such registrant and the Dodgers, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., or any other MLB Entity, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and no such dispute, claim or cause of action may be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or persons similarly situated; (2) under no circumstances will any registrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and each registrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential or special damages, lost revenues and/or lost profits; and (3) each registrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflicts-of-law or choice-of-law principles). If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
