Kirk Gibson Home Run Seat
Relive one of the most dramatic moments in baseball history and watch the game from a commemorative seat located in the area in the Right Field pavilion where Kirk Gibson's historic walk-off home run landed in Game 1 of the 1988 World Series!

Terms & Conditions
Registration for the opportunity to purchase two (2) Home Run Seat Tickets at face value* for one (1) 2019 regular season home game of the Los Angeles Dodgers begins at 9:00 A.M. Pacific Time ("PT") on March 12, 2019, and ends at 11:59 P.M. PT on March 20, 2019 (the "Registration Period"). Los Angeles Dodgers will conduct one (1) or more random drawing(s) beginning on or about March 21, 2019, from among the pool of registrations that are properly completed and submitted by Eligible Registrants during the Registration Period ("Eligible Registrations"). Eligible Registrants selected in the random drawing(s) (each, a "Drawing Winner" and collectively, "Drawing Winners") will receive the opportunity, subject to availability, to purchase two (2) Home Run Seat Tickets for one (1) 2019 regular season home game of the Los Angeles Dodgers, subject to availability. Drawing Winners are not required to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets. Home Run Seat Tickets are Seat 88 and Seat 2 in Row D of Section 302 of the All-Inclusive Coca-Cola Right Field Pavilion at Dodger Stadium. Limit one (1) opportunity to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets per Drawing Winner. Home Run Seat Tickets will be available for purchase by Drawing Winners on a first-come, first-served basis, and only while Home Run Seat Tickets remain. Being selected as a Drawing Winner does not guarantee any opportunity to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets for any particular date or game. The Home Run Seat Tickets must be purchased as a pair for a single game (i.e., Drawing Winners who elect to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets in connection with the Program must purchase both Seat 88 and Seat 2, for the same game). *The estimated combined purchase price of the two (2) Home Run Seat Tickets is Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00), not including transaction fees, any applicable taxes, or any other fees or costs that may apply. Two Hundred Dollars ($200) of the purchase price of Home Run Seat Tickets purchased in connection with the Program will be donated to the Kirk Gibson Foundation to raise money and awareness for Parkinson's research.
Drawing Winners who purchase Home Run Seat Tickets in connection with the Program will receive two (2) exclusive Kirk Gibson Commemorative Home Run Seat t-shirts, while supplies last. Los Angeles Dodgers will contact Home Run Seat Ticket purchasers prior to the applicable game to determine requested t-shirt sizes, while supplies last. All t-shirt sizes are subject to availability. T-shirts will be distributed while supplies last to Home Run Seat Ticket purchasers on the date of the applicable game. Drawing Winners who purchase Home Run Seat Tickets in connection with the Program will have the opportunity, along with their one (1) guest at the game, to enjoy the "all you can eat" feature of the All-Inclusive Coca-Cola Right Field Pavilion on the date of the applicable game.
The odds of being selected as a Drawing Winner depend on the total number of Eligible Registrations received during the Registration Period. Neither registering for the Program nor being selected as a Drawing Winner obligates you, or guarantees that you will be able, to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets under the Program.
Dates, times, and instructions for the opportunity to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets will be communicated to Drawing Winners by e-mail notification, via the e-mail address provided in the registration form. If a Drawing Winner does not provide a valid e-mail address or follow the instructions in the notification e-mail, he/she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets under the Program. There is no charge to register for the Program, and Drawing Winners are not obligated to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets. There is no assurance that any particular Eligible Registrant will be selected as a Drawing Winner. Drawing Winners may not sell, convey, or otherwise transfer any opportunity to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets under the Program. Only Drawing Winners may, subject to availability, purchase Home Run Seat Tickets under the Program, and the e-mail address used by a Drawing Winner in his/her registration form must match the e-mail associated with the method of payment that such Drawing Winner uses to purchase the Home Run Seat Tickets. Failure of a Drawing Winner to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets under the Program results in a forfeiture of the opportunity to purchase such Home Run Seat Tickets.
To be eligible for the opportunity to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets under the Program, you must, at the time of registration, (a) be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, (b) be eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states/territories/provinces where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority), (c) have a valid and operational MLB.com account, and (d) not be a person who is deemed not in good standing with Los Angeles Dodgers, or who has, for any reason, ever been denied entry to Dodger Stadium or had a ticket license to a Los Angeles Dodgers game revoked (an "Eligible Registrant"). To register for the Program, you must log in to your MLB.com account, and complete and submit the registration form accessed via the "Register Now" button above during the Registration Period. Limit one (1) registration per person. In the case of multiple registrations by the same individual, only the first valid registration received from such individual will be considered. Only registrations submitted by Eligible Registrants to dodgers.com during the Registration Period via the registration form accessed through the "Register Now" button above will be entered in the random drawing(s). Registrations generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid. Please be sure to provide an accurate e-mail address at the time of registration. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. nor Los Angeles Dodgers, LLC ("Los Angeles Dodgers") will be responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected, or for registrations not received due to lost, failed, delayed, or interrupted connections. Los Angeles Dodgers reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify and/or prohibit any registrant in order to preserve the integrity of the Program. Furthermore, being selected as a Drawing Winner does not guarantee that any such Drawing Winner will be allowed the opportunity to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets under the Program.
There are no returns or refunds for any Home Run Seat Tickets purchased under the Program, and such Home Run Seat Tickets may not be exchanged for tickets for the same game in a separate seating location or tickets for any other game. Home Run Seat Tickets purchased by Drawing Winners are for personal use only, and may not be sold, resold, or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations for an opportunity to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets under the Program have no monetary value, and there will be no cash redemptions or substitutions for such registrations. All Home Run Seat Tickets purchased in connection with the Program shall be subject to the terms and conditions printed thereon, and all policies and procedures applicable to Los Angeles Dodgers tickets generally, all of which may be amended by Los Angeles Dodgers in its sole discretion from time to time. Home Run Seat Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

In the event of a registrant's or Drawing Winner's noncompliance or demonstrated intent not to comply with these Official Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or any Dodger Stadium Conditions (including, without limitation, a Drawing Winner's resale or attempted resale of a ticket purchased under the Program), the applicable registration may be disqualified, the opportunity to purchase Home Run Seat Tickets under the Program may be revoked, and/or any Home Run Seat Tickets purchased under the Program may be revoked, all in Los Angeles Dodgers' sole and absolute discretion.
