Hip hop superstars Migos and Major League Baseball collaborated throughout the 2018 Postseason, starting with a new spot featuring the trio performing their track "Is You Ready," which made its national debut across global media outlets and in ballparks around MLB in September.

"I'm a sports guy, so when I heard about this MLB opportunity, it was a go for me. I like when music and sports collide because we all grew up on both. A lot of MLB players use our songs for their walk-up music, so this collab will get them amped," said Migos group member Offset.

Migos closed out the Postseason with a high-energy World Series Concert at iconic Los Angeles venue The Roxy following the deciding Game 5 of the Fall Classic, which saw the Boston Red Sox become the 2018 World Series champions. The World Series Concert with Migos was one of the first of its kind debuting this year in the two World Series cities, with Galantis performing in Boston.

The year began for Migos with the release of their sophomore album "Culture II," which has been streamed over 8.1 billion times and is RIAA Certified Platinum. Quavo and Takeoff have also released debut solo albums in 2018.

Quavo's album "Quavo Huncho" debuted in October and reached number 2 on the Billboard 200, featuring collaborations with artists such as 21 Savage, Drake, Sweetie, Madonna, Cardi B, and Travis Scott, as well as his Migos bandmates Takeoff and Offset.

Takeoff's debut solo album, titled "The Last Rocket," features 10 tracks and was produced by DJ Durel and Cassius Jay. A man of few words, the youngest member of Migos lets the music speak for itself. Often praised for his lyricism, his ear for picking beats, and his deep flow, Takeoff may be reclusive, but his music has told a different story. With Migos, whom Rolling Stone calls "arguably the most influential group - in any genre - of the past few years," Takeoff made history by tying The Beatles for the most simultaneous entries on the Billboard Hot 100 song chart among groups (with 14 songs on the chart), according to Nielsen Music.
