Due to the 2020 season being played without fans in attendance, the Giants credited ticket holders for all 2020 home games. Credit options were communicated via email. Refer to this page for the most up-to-date news.

Looking toward 2021, the health and safety of our fans is at the core of every decision. Our approach to the gameday experience will be updated as new information becomes available.

2021 TICKET INFORMATION

Season Tickets:

As the heart of our organization, we invite our Season Ticket Members to join us for another memorable season of Giants baseball by renewing their 2021 season tickets. Thank you to those who have already committed.

Single Game Tickets:

Single game tickets, ticket packs, and special event tickets are not yet on sale for the 2021 season.

Redeemed 2020 Vouchers have yet to be reissued for the 2021 season and remain as account credit.

Spring Training:

Spring Training tickets are not yet on sale for the 2021 season.

2020 SINGLE GAME TICKET BUYERS

Ticket holders for April-May games:

Refer to the email communication sent on April 29, 2020 to confirm your credit/refund options. Credits/refunds have been processed for requests received.

Ticket holders for June games:

Refer to the email communication sent on June 12, 2020 to confirm your credit/refund options. Credits/refunds have been processed for requests received.

Ticket holders for July-September games:

Refer to the email communication sent on June 25, 2020 to confirm your credit/refund options. Credits/refunds have been processed for requests received.

Ticket holders who purchased through a third-party:

Fans who purchased tickets from a third party – other than the Giants directly, Tickets.com or FEVO – must contact the party from which the ticket was purchased to coordinate a credit.

Ticket holders who purchased with vouchers:

Any unused vouchers will remain eligible for redemption for the 2021 season.

Any redeemed vouchers will be reissued and made eligible for redemption for the 2021 season. To request a refund, indicate your preference using the link provided in email communication sent April 29 (Apr-May games), June 12 (June games) or June 25 (July-September games).

Special Events & Promotions

2020 Special Events and Promotions were postponed. More information regarding 2021 Special Events and Promotions will be available at a later date. We cannot guarantee rescheduled Special Events and Promotions will have the same item marketed for the 2020 season.

Spring Training Ticket Holders (Canceled Games: March 11-23):

Single game Spring Training ticket holders who purchased directly from the Giants automatically received a refund to their original form of purchase. Fans who purchased Spring Training tickets from a third party must contact the party from which the tickets were purchased.

Refunds - Payment Information

Ticket holders who elect to receive a refund must ensure their MySFTix Account has correct payment information. Ticket holders can log into My SF Tix, from the menu select My Account, Payment Information, then edit or “add new payment method”.

Refer to the email communication sent on June 12, 2020 to confirm your credit/refund options. Credits/refunds have been processed for requests received.

Tickets for July - September games:

Refer to the email communication sent on June 25, 2020 to confirm your credit/refund options. Credits/refunds have been processed for requests received.

Resell, Donate & Transfer tickets:

Resell, Donate and Transfer options have been disabled.

Spring Training season tickets (canceled games: March 11-23):

All Spring Training Season Ticket Members received an account credit for canceled Spring Training games. This credit can be applied to your 2021 Spring Training Season Ticket renewal.

2020 SUITE, PREMIUM, AND GROUP TICKETS
