The Giants made the following roster moves prior to today's game:  
RHP Cory Gearrin, OF Austin Jackson and minor league RHP Jason Bahr were traded to the Texas Rangers in exchange for a player to be named later or cash considerations.
OF Steven Duggar (#6) and RHP Ray Black (#62) had their contracts purchased from triple-A Sacramento.
