Account Credit
The value associated with tickets for impacted games has been converted to account credit. This applies only to tickets purchased directly from the Giants.
- Account credit can be used toward tickets for any 2022 or 2023 game (Spring Training or Regular Season)

Request a Refund
To request a refund for the impacted games listed above in lieu of account credit, please complete the survey below.
*This process is only available to accounts who purchased their tickets directly from the Giants. If you purchased your tickets from a secondary ticket provider, like StubHub, please reach out to them directly to understand your options.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within four (4) weeks, back to the original form of payment
- For expedited processing, confirm that the original form of payment is associated with your My SF Tix account (click the 3 lines in the top corner, select My Account, and then Payment Info)
- If the original form of payment is no longer active, a refund can still be processed. We will contact you if we need to refund a different form of payment.
- After the refund is issued, it could take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to be reflected on your statement.
