+Placed OF JOSH NAYLOR (right ankle rehab), C LUKE MAILE (strained left hamstring) and RHP JAMES KARINCHAK (right back strain) on the 10-day Injured List, retroactive to April 4. Reassigned C MIKE RIVERA, RHP ENYEL DE LOS SANTOS, RHP JUSTIN GARZA (7-day IL, R lat) and LHP ALEX YOUNG to the AAA Columbus roster.
