Timeline: 

  • How long will the interior of the Carnegie Club be impacted?
    • We expect the interior of the Carnegie Club will be ready for use starting May 9, 2025.

Exchanges: 

  • Can I exchange my tickets? 
    • If you are a Carnegie Club member, your Account Representative can provide additional details about exchanges. Please note that exchanges are not allowed in the Carnegie Club Lounges.

F&B/Suites: 

  • As a Carnegie Club member, what gameday experience can I expect in the Party Suites?  
    • Access to a private, indoor, climate-controlled Party Suite. 
    • Menu with all-inclusive food, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with two (2) designated bars.
    • Covered bar stool seating with game views available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
    • Access to the Infield Lounge (formerly Home Plate Club), a private club area located on the main concourse directly behind home plate. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase inside the club.
    • A designated bar for Carnegie Club members within the Infield Lounge offering all-inclusive beer, wine, and spirits. 
    • Padded outdoor balcony seating, with overhead heaters, available on a first-come, first-served basis in addition to your designated seats behind home plate.
  • As a Carnegie Club Lounge member, what gameday experience can I expect in my private suite?  
    • Access to your own private, indoor, climate-controlled Suite.  
    • Menu with all-inclusive food, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages 
    • Access to the Infield Lounge (formerly Home Plate Club), a private club area located on the main concourse directly behind home plate. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase inside the club.
    • A designated bar for Carnegie Club members within the Infield Lounge offering all-inclusive beer, wine, and spirits.

  • Will there be any Food and Beverage offerings available for Carnegie Club members in the Infield Lounge (formerly Home Plate Club)?  
    • Food: The Party Suites or your Private Suite will be the only location Carnegie Club members can receive all-inclusive food options. 
    • Beverages:There will be a designated bar location inside the Infield Lounge exclusively for Carnegie Club members (at no additional cost).  
      • Carnegie Club members will also be able to get non-alcoholic beverages from this bar, so you don’t have to wait in a longer bar line for a soda or water.

Operations: 

  • What can my Loaded Value be used on?  
    • Your loaded value can be redeemed for Guardians Team Store merchandise, food and beverages.
  • Does my Loaded Value reset every game? 
    • Yes! The designated loaded value will reset for each ticket at every impacted game you attend in April and will not roll over between games. This means the loaded value is only valid for the specific games you are attending included in your game plan.
    • Loaded value will not carry over once the interior of the Carnegie Club has opened. 
  • Will Carnegie Club members & Carnegie Club Lounges have access to the Infield Lounge (formerly Home Plate Club)?  
    • Yes! All Carnegie Club members and Lounge holders will have access to the Infield Lounge during each impacted game. You will be given a separate wristband to indicate access.
  • Will Carnegie Club members & Carnegie Club Lounges still have access to their seats in the lower bowl?  
    • Yes! It is our current expectation that your ticketed seats behind home plate will be ready and available for all home games included in your game plan.
  • Will there be a dedicated entrance at the ballpark for Premium clients? 
    • Yes, there will be two (2)! 
      • Guardians Parking Garage Bridge  
      • DDM Carnegie Awning  
        • These entrances will be OPEN as Premium-only entrances at the start of the 2025 season for North Coast Social, Carnegie Club, and Contractual Suite partners.
  • How will Carnegie Club members access the Party Suites? Will they receive a separate ticket? 
    • The ONLY tickets appearing for Carnegie Club members in their MLB Ballpark app for each game will be their actual Carnegie Club tickets. 
      • No separate Party Suite tickets will be added to Ballpark apps.  
    • Wristbands will be distributed to Carnegie Club members each game to indicate access to the Party Suites (and Infield Lounge).  
      • The Carnegie Club wristband will grant access to BOTH Party Suites and the Infield Lounge.
  • Where can Carnegie Club members & Lounges pick up their wristbands? 
    • There will be two (2) designated wristband pick-up locations each game for both Carnegie Club members and Carnegie Club Lounges. More information will be shared by your Account Representative closer to the start of the season.
