MINNEAPOLIS -- The Twins' scheduled game against the Indians on Wednesday night at Target Field has been postponed due to rain. It will be made up as part of a split doubleheader on Saturday, June 17.
Rookie left-hander (0-1, 4.05 ERA) was slated to face right-hander (0-2, 8.44) on Wednesday, but Mejia will be pushed back with right-hander (3-0, 0.41) remaining on normal rest to start on Thursday in the series finale. The Indians announced Bauer will start on Thursday instead of scheduled starter .
It's the first postponed game of the season for the Twins, who had three games postponed at home last year.
